Ingredients ∙ Serves 6
1 large boule ( Sour dough loaf )
2 tsp Rosemary
2 tsp Thyme, fresh leaves
1 (15-oz.) can cranberry sauce, whole
1 Black pepper, Freshly ground
1 Kosher salt
1 (8-oz.) wheel Brie
1/2 cup Butter
- Cut the cheese into cubes.
- Slice the top of the bread into a cube pattern, not cutting all the way through.
- Glaze the bread on top and in the cuts with the butter mixture.
- Add cranberry sauce to the cuts.
- Stuff cut cheese cubes into the cuts.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
