CRANBERRY BRIE PULL-APART BREAD

Ingredients ∙ Serves 6

1 large boule ( Sour dough loaf )
2 tsp Rosemary
2 tsp Thyme, fresh leaves
1 (15-oz.) can cranberry sauce, whole
1 Black pepper, Freshly ground
1 Kosher salt
1 (8-oz.) wheel Brie
1/2 cup Butter

  1. Cut the cheese into cubes.
  2. Slice the top of the bread into a cube pattern, not cutting all the way through.
  3. Glaze the bread on top and in the cuts with the butter mixture.
  4. Add cranberry sauce to the cuts.
  5. Stuff cut cheese cubes into the cuts.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
