All of our guests are vey important to us. However, our large tour buses require a minimum number of pasengers to operate. While we make every effort to run all scheduled tours, occasionally a tour may be canceled due to low bookings. To protect against this, we offer a “Guaranteed Go” upgrade. Guests who purchase this upgrade are guaranteed their tour will operate, even with small groups.

For parties of 1-3 with the “Guaranteed Go” upgrade, we utilize smaller, private tour vehicles. This ensures that even small groups can enjoy a tour. If a tour is canceled due to low bookings and you have not purchased the “Guaranteed Go” upgrade, we will do our best to rebook you on an alternative date. If rescheduling is not possible, a refund will be issued.
