If You Like Champagne and Scrambled Eggs, You Need to Try This

Have You Tried a Champagne Egg Scramble Recipe Yet?

Wine is a fine, delicious alcoholic beverage that can also be used in or paired with a series of delicious recipes, such as our Brie Pull Bread recipe that we shared that pairs perfectly with any local Temecula wine. However, wine is not the only alcohol that can be used as part of a delicious recipe. Champagne is often mixed with orange juice and served with breakfast or brunch as the popular Mimosa cocktail. These drinks are often accompanied by plates of breakfast food, such as scrambled eggs with pepper, bacon, and sweet delicious sourdough breads. Well what if you could wrap all of these delicious flavors into one amazing breakfast recipe?

Champagne Egg Scramble is one of our favorite breakfast meals here at Little Bus Tours, and it’s a fun recipe that will blow your breakfast or brunch guests away. And here’s a little secret: you can make this recipe with other types of sparkling wine besides just champagne. If you have ever done Temecula wine tasting on one of our bus winery tours, then chances are that you have a few favorites of your own that you could experiment with.
